The DWB Showroom at The Shop At Bluebird - A brief overview

The Digital Wellbeing Showroom - a new kind of retail environment for digital lifestyle products was launched at The Shop at Bluebird in September 2006 at The London Design Festival. The first collection Black and White was a selection of exclusive digital appliances that included software and internet services, alongside bespoke and customized products curated to match a black and white theme. Inspired from the Modernism exhibition at theV&A in 2006, the Shop at Bluebird colloborated with DWB to make its first collection a succcess.

Building on that success the second collection - "Into the Woods" celebrated the cross-over between technology and nature featuring digital products made with natural materials and software based on mathematical rules as discovered in nature. Again, The Shop at Bluebird actively colloborated with DWB to create a space as an playful engaging retail environment where customers could actively try out and discover the collection's products and services.

DWB then geared itself towards Christmas sales and had a very good response for its Christmas gift collections that were pre-packaged with different tastes and interests in mind. DWB moved out of The Shop at Bluebird in early January to work on its next collection to be launched in a new location in central London this year.
